Terms of Use

1. Provider and eligibility

Is it AI? is provided by Jorden Reuter, Angerstraße 47, 40593 Düsseldorf, Germany, jordenreuter@web.de. The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. Apple’s App Store terms also apply.

2. Free game

The core game is available without Premium and may display contextual advertising. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app. Do not manipulate scores, automate abuse, interfere with the service, or violate law or third-party rights.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. While the Store-confirmed Premium entitlement is active, banner and fullscreen ads are removed and one direct +1-life revive per level is available under the game’s revive limit. There is no free trial unless the App Store purchase sheet expressly states otherwise.

The binding price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer are the localized terms displayed by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription from the app’s Manage Subscription action. Deleting the app or anonymous game account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

4. Restoration and refunds

Restore Purchases can restore an eligible entitlement for the same Apple Account. Apple controls payment, cancellation, and refund decisions. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s available support process. Cross-platform entitlement transfer is not promised.

5. Account deletion

Profile → Delete Account removes the anonymous Appwrite account and associated gameplay and leaderboard data. Active Apple billing continues until canceled separately. Purchase or transaction records may be retained where required for entitlement restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

6. Availability and liability

Features, content, and balancing may change for security, legal, or operational reasons while mandatory consumer and paid-access rights remain unaffected. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, guarantees, and mandatory product-liability law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage to the extent permitted by law.

7. Law and contact

German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Questions: jordenreuter@web.de.

2. Kostenloses Spiel

Das Basisspiel ist ohne Premium nutzbar und kann kontextbezogene Werbung anzeigen. Du erhältst ein persönliches, beschränktes, widerrufliches und nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht. Punkte dürfen nicht manipuliert, Missbrauch nicht automatisiert, Dienste nicht gestört und Rechte Dritter nicht verletzt werden.

3. Premium-Abonnements

Premium wird als automatisch verlängerndes Monats- und Jahresabonnement angeboten. Solange der Store die Premium-Berechtigung als aktiv bestätigt, entfallen Banner- und Vollbildwerbung und innerhalb des Wiederbelebungslimits ist einmal pro Level ein direktes +1-Leben verfügbar. Eine kostenlose Testphase besteht nur, wenn sie im Apple-Kaufdialog ausdrücklich angezeigt wird.

Verbindlich sind Preis, Währung, Abrechnungszeitraum und etwaige Einführungsangebote, die Apple vor dem Kauf lokalisiert anzeigt. Die Belastung erfolgt nach Bestätigung über das Apple-Konto. Das Abonnement verlängert sich um den gewählten Zeitraum, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums in den Apple-Abonnementeinstellungen gekündigt wird. Das Löschen der App oder des anonymen Spielkontos beendet das Apple-Abonnement nicht.

4. Wiederherstellung und Erstattungen

„Käufe wiederherstellen“ kann eine berechtigte Freischaltung für dasselbe Apple-Konto wiederherstellen. Apple entscheidet über Zahlung, Kündigung und Erstattungen. Erstattungsanträge sind über den Apple-Supportprozess zu stellen. Eine plattformübergreifende Übertragung wird nicht zugesagt.

5. Kontolöschung

Profil → Konto löschen entfernt das anonyme Appwrite-Konto und die zugehörigen Spiel- und Ranglistendaten. Eine aktive Apple-Abrechnung läuft bis zur gesonderten Kündigung weiter. Kauf- oder Transaktionsnachweise können für Wiederherstellung, Betrugsprävention, Buchhaltung oder gesetzliche Pflichten aufbewahrt werden.

6. Verfügbarkeit und Haftung

Funktionen, Inhalte und Balancing können aus Sicherheits-, Rechts- oder Betriebsgründen angepasst werden; zwingende Verbraucher- und bezahlte Zugangsrechte bleiben unberührt. Unbeschränkte Haftung gilt bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit, Verletzung von Leben/Körper/Gesundheit, Garantien und zwingendem Produkthaftungsrecht. Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten ist die Haftung soweit zulässig auf den vorhersehbaren typischen Schaden begrenzt.

7. Recht und Kontakt

Es gilt deutsches Recht, ohne zwingenden Verbraucherschutz am Wohnsitz zu entziehen. Zwingende Verbrauchergerichtsstände bleiben unberührt. Kontakt: jordenreuter@web.de.
